Beauty on the Go
What does that look like to you?
If you’re traveling this holiday season, consider putting together your travel-sized favorites and leaving them packed. No need to scramble to make sure the shampoo AND conditioner are there. Or to check that your favorite face cream won’t be confiscated by TSA since it’s in the original 5-ounce container. Here are some of my favorites.
Keep a set of travel-sized toiletries packed and ready to go. A set like this makes it easy.
My favorite shampoo and conditioner come in travel-sized containers – and are offered in a variety of formulas for all hair types. Sure, you can use the hotel shampoo, but it’s nice to have reliable results on the road.
I have relatively straight hair, but climate controlled planes and hotel rooms can leave it a little scattered. A touch of Oi Oil calms it right down.
This is one thing that I don’t compromise on – at home or on the go. And thanks to its thoughtful design, Quip works just as well in both cases. It’s easy to hold, has a built-in timer, the wall holder double as a protective cover, and there is no bulky charger or cable to worry about.
Comfy Go-Anywhere Shoes:
I literally LIVE in my Rothy’s nearly year-round. They are so comfortable- you would never guess they are made from recycled plastic bottles. This makes them washable and of course, waterproof, and they come in an amazing array of colors. Decisions, decisions…
All in One Sparkle:
These shimmery pigments from MAC are usable on your face, eyes, lips- almost anywhere! Use more for the holidays, and maybe a little less year-round.
Nail Polish without the Liquid:
Don’t get hung up at TSA with liquid nail polish! With Color Street nail polish strips you can check in worry-free. And you can do your nails almost anywhere- at the gate, on the plane, even on the white hotel bedspread. (Don’t try that with liquid nail polish!)
Some of the glittery options available last holiday included Champagne Wishes, Pointsetta Trendsetta, and Ice to Meet You (pictured). Click here for currently available styles.
